- Provide IT support and issue resolution according to established SLAs .
- Quickly and effectively monitor and respond to requests received through your service desk or directly from your users.
- Monitor IT requests assigned to IT queues and processes based on priority .
- Change settings, utilities, and software defaults to suit your work environment.
- Help onboard new users. Set up and provide new hires with PCs using standard hardware, images and software .
- Install and test new workstations, peripherals and software.
- Manage inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
- Timely upgrade workstation hardware and software as needed.
- Create and submit activity reports.
- Work with regional / global teams to manage networks within the office, gain basic networking knowledge and experience ( routers, switches, connections, protocols, telephony, etc. ) .
- Manage files and backup servers in the office and acquire knowledge such as knowledge of Windows 2012 and file sharing and Veritas Backup Exec .
Necessary conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunications) or equivalent
- Those who have more than 4 years of work experience in a related field
- Knowledge of IT/ computer – network /Windows server management or equivalent
- Those who have high language skills (Japanese / English) and have work experience in a global environment

Job Description:

Upgrade workstation hardware and software in a timely manner as needed.
Prepare and submit activity reports.
